About

I'm a researcher and executive coach. I work with leaders in transition.

My clients are C-suite executives, senior leaders, and founders. Most are doing well on paper and still feel that something below the surface needs attention.

My work draws on three things: research on adult learning and development, professional experience in investment banking and business consulting, and a decade of contemplative practice. The integration is the point. Most leadership development stays in the head and misses where the change actually happens.

I bring emotional processing and somatic awareness into coaching that usually stays in the head. In sessions, I notice what you can't yet notice in yourself: the tightening in the jaw before a hard conversation, the breath that just got shorter, the thing you almost said. Leadership that lives only in the head doesn't hold up under pressure.

My doctoral research at Columbia explored how senior executives in financial services experience authenticity in roles that demand constant performance. I also write about what it means to be deeply human in the age of AI — the qualities AI can't replicate, and what they mean for how we lead. On Substack, you'll find pieces on leadership, AI, and life.

I'm based in New York and work with clients worldwide.
