I’m an Executive Coach and Scholar-Practitioner who researches whole-person learning.

I help leaders and executives develop self-awareness, clear vision, and conscious leadership mindsets, leveraging psychology, neuroscience, and adult learning theories.

Bio

Jennifer is a certified executive coach with over 20 years of experience as a leader and coach in diverse international business environments.

For organizations and teams to change, leaders must change first, and that change starts from within. Jennifer focuses on achieving tangible outcomes through inner transformation that results in powerful and lasting change for leaders, teams, and organizations.

Her methods are based on academic research in neuroscience, organizational psychology, adult learning theory, and proven leadership models. She combines this scientific foundation with a whole-person approach to creating a self-sustaining, high-performance mindset that enables leaders to create purpose and meaning in the workplace aligned with personal and organizational goals.
